From November 11
to 15, 2024 the Higher School of Economics is holding the Week of Finance in
honor of the Day of the National Currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan. You
can expect a round table on the theme “The national currency of Kazakhstan: a
symbol of state independence”, a quiz “Your own game”, a competition of wall
newspapers on the theme “Теңге
– тәуелсіздік тірегі”. Guest lecture on the theme
“Tenge-symbol of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. Debate tournament
on the resolution “Should Kazakhstan introduce additional taxes on excess
profits of large corporations?”. November 15, 2024 will summarize the results
of the Week of Finance.
