Gorokhova (ERA Foundation), Gaini Dlimbetova (L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National
University) and many others. The main goal of the conference was to discuss
successful examples of the implementation of "green" technologies and
create a platform for the exchange of experience between universities in
Kazakhstan and international partners.
As part of the event, the participants got acquainted
with the international program "Green Universities", learned about
the work of eco-clubs, and discussed the prospects for forming the Association
of Green Universities. Karabalaeva Aiman shared practical approaches to the
implementation of environmental standards and methods for forming an
environmental culture among students. Such initiatives highlight the importance
of sustainability in higher education and help create conditions for preparing
students for modern challenges. The conference was another step towards an
environmentally conscious future and strengthening cooperation between
universities in the region.
