The expedition takes place in the archaeological complex
of Akbaur as part of a scientific project of the Local Authority of the East
Kazakhstan region. Professor, Ph.D., Zeynolla Samashev took under his
scientific supervision our 6 students of the EP “History” (A. Tursunbaev, A.
Orazbay, D. Zhaugashti, A. Abdykhalykova, G. Koishibaeva, B. Saktagan). 3.
Samashev began exploring the Akbaur grotto in 1970-1990. This archaeological
complex is included in the state list of historical and cultural monuments of republican
significance. The excavation period spans the Early Iron and Bronze Age
periods. During the excavations, students discovered fragments of pottery,
hoes, arrowheads, etc., dating back to the Bronze and Early Iron Ages. find
artifacts that were used in everyday life. We hope that our students will
improve their archaeological skills, combine knowledge and experience, and
become scientists in the future!
