Associate Professor of the Higher School of Social Sciences and Humanities Taisiya Viktorovna Marmontova gave a lecture to the participants of the XXI Diplomatic Seminar on the topic “Food security and water shortage as a factor in international relations.” The seminar is one of the regular programs of the Gorchakov Foundation. This year, the event partner was the Far Eastern Federal University (Vladivostok). A significant highlight of the event was its holding in the Morskaya Hall, on Russky Island, which hosted the largest events of the APEC summit in 2012.
This seminar was attended by young experts from both Russia and countries such as India, Indonesia, China, North Korea, and a number of Latin American countries
