From April 26 to 28, 2023, the Republican Student subject Olympiad among students in the direction "6B06 Information and Communication Technologies" was held on the basis of the North Kazakhstan University named after Manash Kozybayev (Petropavlovsk). The Republican Olympiad was held in 2 stages: 1) Databases and computer networks 2) Object-oriented programming The Olympiad was attended by students of the Higher School of Information Technology and Engineering Nikolayev Bakhtiyar (CT&S-21 T&PE), Asylbekov Islam (IS-20A), Asset Alibek (CS-21B). The head of the team is a senior teacher at HSIT&E Kaladrova Mira Zhorabekovna. According to the results of the Olympiad, the team from the Higher School of Information Technology and Engineering of Astana International University took I place.
