PRACTICE-ORIENTED TRAINING AS A BASIS FOR THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES

The Higher School of Economics actively uses in the educational process the involvement of practitioners for lectures, guest lectures and master classes of representatives of various companies. Practice-oriented classes and master classes provide an opportunity to learn how to apply the theoretical knowledge and skills acquired at the university in professional activities, this is an opportunity for direct communication with practitioners, acquaintance with the experience of specialists.

During the 1st semester of the 2022-2023 academic year, students strengthened their competencies thanks to lectures by Arman Akberdiev, certified business coach of NCE "Atameken", Emin Askerov, founder of the social workshop "GreenTAL" and the School of Social Entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan, Gulzhazira Zharkeshova, regional director of «Fortune invest» LLP, Miras Abbasov, founder of the company "BioPack.kz ", Ruslana Ishchanova, Deputy Director of the Central Branch of the RSU National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
