As part of the celebration of the 32nd anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Higher School of Social Sciences and Humanities presents a program of events dedicated to the theme "Alash and Independent Kazakhstan".

On December 4, a round table entitled "Alash and independent Kazakhstan" will be held, aimed at discussing the historical aspects of this period.

On December 5, an excursion to the Military History Museum of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan is planned, where students will be able to get acquainted with the military history of the country.

On December 6, the Palace of Peace and Accord in Astana (Tauelsizdik Avenue, 57) will host the performance "Zhut", presented by the Kalibek Kuanyshbayev State Academic Kazakh Musical Drama Theater under the direction of Ayrat Abushakhmanov.

In addition, an international forum of historians and Archivists dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the "National Archive" of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the city of Astana is planned as part of the events. The photo–documentary exhibition "Archive - historical memory of the people" will also be presented, and on the second floor there will be a presentation of the photo collection "City Chronicle" based on the documents of the State Archive of Astana.

These events are aimed at a deep understanding and celebration of significant events and historical periods associated with the formation and formation of independent Kazakhstan.

Dear friends!

The Higher School of Natural Sciences invites you to the closing ceremony of the Urbanitarium Astana Club 2023 for teenagers aged 13-16, which will be held on November 11 at 11:00 in the assembly hall. From July to November 2023, more than 100 teenagers of Astana took part in a free educational program. The training was aimed at studying the environmental aspects of city life and urban development. The participants of the Urbanitarium Astana Club received theoretical and practical knowledge about the basics of urbanism and urban ecology from Kazakhstani experts and practitioners, visited field trips and explored the area of Lake Maly Taldykol. At the closing of the club, teenagers will present the results of their own urban research.

Urbanitarium Astana Club is implemented within the framework of the Tabiğat Labs project in partnership with Chevron and Urban Forum Kazakhstan. The project participants are Fading TSE, YEMAA artist residence, Main Botanical Garden, Impact Hub Almaty. Project Partners: Astana International University, Qazaq Geography and Makerspace Astana

I. Personal assignment to work:

1. Must promptly appear at the Commission for the distribution of graduates to work, according to the approved schedule of the university.

2. If there is a petition from the employer with a certified seal and the presence of a corner stamp with the outgoing number and date and issue of the document.

3. Persons entitled to exemption from working after graduation from the university must provide the following documents:

• Pregnant women should provide a certificate of strict accountability, an application addressed to the president of the university for exemption from working out agreed with the dean of the faculty, a lawyer of the university.

• Women who have, as well as independently raising a child (children) under the age of three, provide a child's birth certificate, an application addressed to the president of the university for exemption from working out agreed with the dean of the faculty, a lawyer of the university.

• Persons with disabilities of group 1-2 to provide an appropriate supporting document, an application addressed to the president of the university for exemption from working out agreed with the dean of the faculty, a lawyer of the university.

II. Referral to work

1. After the distribution by the Commission, you fill out the provided form in the form of an obligation to work out after graduation and receive a referral to work at the Dean's office.

2. When making a workaround sheet, you personally provide the original of the application, a hand-filled commitment, a job referral received from the Department for Quality Assurance and Employment.

III. Employment

1. In the period from September 1 to September 30, 2024, you are required to provide supporting documents from your place of work (certificate or extract from the employment order).

2. Upon admission to the magistracy, it is necessary to provide a certificate or an extract from the order on admission to the magistracy for exemption from bachelor's degree work.

3. When registering as a job seeker, directly at the employment center of the population at the place of residence, provide a supporting document (certificate).

4. Those called up to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan (army) provide a certificate of military service for postponement of working out.

Important!

For graduates who studied under a grant from a local executive body (MIO grant) and enrolled after graduation for a master's degree, it is mandatory to fill out an application for admission to the Department of Education of the Akimat of Astana.
