On December 11, 2025, the Psychological Service organized an interactive
lecture on "Emotional Management and Emotional Intelligence: Methods and
Practical Applications of Self-Awareness and Self-Regulation" for students
in Group 25A of the International Law program.
The main goal of the event was to stabilize the students'
psycho-emotional state during the pre-exam period, develop their emotional
intelligence, and enhance their psychological literacy. The lecture presented
theoretical information on the nature of emotions, the psychophysiological
characteristics of stress and anxiety, and the key components of emotional
intelligence.
Furthermore, students practiced emotion management techniques and
self-regulation skills, and learned effective tools for monitoring their
emotional state. The interactive format of the lecture allowed participants to
actively share their opinions and ask questions of the experts. Such
preventative measures have a positive impact on the psychological state of
students and contribute to a calmer and more confident examination period.
