On November 17th, AIU psychologist Venera Yeleu organized an interactive meeting
for students. Almat Berikuly Baltabekov, a psychologist from the City Mental Health
Center, led a session on "Stages of Development of Chemical Addiction."
The event took place at 2:45 PM in room 207. The speaker discussed the phases of
addiction formation, its key signs, and prevention strategies. Psychology students
actively engaged in the discussion, asked questions, and gained insights into practical
approaches for working with individuals struggling with addiction. The meeting,
organized by Venera Yeleu, continues the series of professional development events
for future psychologists.
