Program Information:
* Duration of study: January 9, 2026 - June 30, 2026
* Location: Moscow, Russia
* Accommodation: Students will be provided with a place in one of HSE
University's dormitories. Accommodation is in 2-3-bed rooms. Cost: up to 3,000
rubles/month
* Language of instruction: Russian, English

Students: 1st–3rd years
Master's students: 1st year

Eligibility
GPA: at least 3.3 on a 4-point scale
Language level: Russian C1/English B2 or higher (IELTS or TOEFL certificate
is preferred)
Motivation letter in Russian or English - up to 1200 words maximum.
