Astana
International University held a Psychological Service Open Day to raise
awareness of psychological support and ensure its accessibility.
Various
activity zones were prepared for students during the event: art techniques,
express consultations, and working with metaphorical associative cards were
particularly interesting. These methods helped participants gain a deeper
understanding of their emotions, find inner resources, and maintain
psychological balance.
The
Open Day not only provided an opportunity to learn about the work of the
Psychological Service but also a platform for open discussions about the
importance of self-care, stress management, and improving psychological
literacy. Students noted that such events not only reduce psychological
pressure but also contribute to the development of a culture of self-support.
Furthermore,
participants emphasized that consultations with professional specialists help
them realize that seeking psychological help is an accessible and natural
practice. The university staff expressed their intention to continue
systematically implementing events aimed at strengthening students'
psychological well-being.
