AIU and Nordic International University Signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

An AIU delegation led by Anar Myrzagaliyeva, Rector of Astana International University, visited Tashkent. As part of the visit, the delegation met with Sherzod Mustafakulov, Rector of Nordic International University.
During the meeting, the parties discussed key issues in education, science, and innovation, and explored new opportunities for faculty and students. Attention was also given to strengthening inter-university partnership, implementing joint research initiatives, and carrying out academic mobility programs.
Following the negotiations, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between AIU and Nordic International University. The main goal is to launch professional development programs and research internships, exchange professional experience, hold joint seminars and conferences, and implement shared educational programs and scientific projects.
A key benefit of the partnership is the academic mobility program across Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD levels. Looking ahead, both universities plan to expand opportunities for mutual internships, scientific consultations, and experience sharing among faculty and researchers.
The new cooperation covers several fields. Specifically, academic opportunities have expanded in economics and finance, business management, law, history, psychology, applied mathematics, information technology, computer engineering, English philology, and tourism and hospitality management.
Additionally, both sides discussed initiatives such as conducting joint research, preparing academic publications, participating in international grant programs, implementing interdisciplinary projects, and applying research outcomes to practice.
