AIU Achieves “Reporter” Status in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2027

This year, Astana International University achieved “Reporter” status in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2027.

This result provides the University with an important opportunity to align its activities with international standards and define its future direction in global rankings. Moving forward, AIU will prioritize the development of research and an increase in the number of scientific publications in international journals. The University will also focus on participating in international research projects, strengthening ties with universities abroad, and expanding scientific cooperation.

The Times Higher Education World University Rankings evaluates higher education institutions across such areas as teaching, research environment, research quality, industry engagement, and international outlook. A total of 2,297 universities from 118 countries were included in the 2027 ranking.

AIU’s achievement of “Reporter” status strengthens its position in the global ranking landscape and opens new opportunities for integration into the international academic community. The University community remains committed to achieving even greater results in the future.
