Astana International University Discusses the Environmental Initiatives of the Adilet Party and the «Taza Kazakhstan» Project

Astana International University hosted an event titled «Taza Kazakhstan – The Foundation of Cleanliness and Order» as part of the electoral campaign of the Adilet Party. The event brought together representatives of the party and the university community.

The event was attended by Anar Myrzagalieva, Rector of Astana International University and a trusted representative of the candidates for the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the Esil District Branch of the Adilet Party in Astana, as well as Yeldos Abakanov, Chairman of the Public Council of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the Party Council, and Chairman of the Management Board of JSC «Institute for the Development of Electric Power and Energy Efficiency».

During the meeting, participants discussed the importance of the «Taza Kazakhstan» initiative, environmental protection, the efficient use of natural resources, and waste recycling.

In addition, Ruslan Muratov, Dean of the Higher School of Natural Sciences at Astana International University, highlighted the importance of waste recycling and presented the «Green AIU» project. As part of this initiative, the university plans to recycle up to 22 tonnes of plastic, metal, and paper waste annually.

At the end of the meeting, participants exchanged views with representatives of the Adilet Party and discussed ways to preserve environmental cleanliness and promote a culture of responsible and sustainable attitudes toward the environment.
