AIU and the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences open a new chapter in scientific cooperation



























Today, Astana International University was visited by Dr. Mária Höhn, a professor from the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Esbol Esenbaiuly, the Vice-Rector for Youth Policy and Social Work of the university, held a special meeting with the foreign scientist, during which the parties discussed a number of important issues. The sides aim to strengthen scientific cooperation in the future and improve academic mobility programs designed for students and faculty members. In addition, the operation of the dissertation council for the educational programs «8D05201 – Ecology and Environmental Management» and «8D05203 – Bioecology» was on the agenda. This meeting between the educational institutions of the two countries lays the foundation for new opportunities and paves the way for an increase in joint projects. Indeed, the primary goal is to develop joint scientific publications and foster the exchange of experience between the scientists of both nations.
As part of the event, Aidyn Ergaliuly, the Head of the «Nature Lab» Research Laboratory at the university, introduced the foreign guest to the laboratory's activities and work processes.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Esbol Esenbaiuly, the Vice-Rector for Youth Policy and Social Work of Astana International University, and Professor Mária Höhn exchanged memorable gifts and expressed their readiness to always support beneficial mutual initiatives.
