Scientific Partnership: International University Hosted a Seminar by an Azerbaijani Professor

Astana International University hosted a scientific seminar featuring Professor Elvin Ismail oglu Azizbayev, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences and Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the seminar, Professor Elvin Azizbayev presented Azerbaijan's experience in developing scientific research and international academic cooperation. Special focus was placed on the digital transformation of the public sector, the implementation of modern technologies in public administration, and the integration of scientific research into management decision-making processes.

A distinct focus of the discussion was the exchange of research findings in mathematics, specifically in the theory of inverse problems. Participants presented their scientific developments, discussed contemporary approaches to solving inverse problems, and explored prospects for future scientific cooperation between scholars from Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. The meeting also addressed promising areas for joint research, academic mobility, and the advancement of partnerships between the scientific and educational organizations of both nations.
