Security and Safety Lecture Held at the University

Global fires reached record levels in 2025. The Los Angeles "firestorm" destroyed $60 billion in property. Over 100 million people were affected worldwide.

Human error remains the main cause of death. Faulty equipment causes 70% of fires in schools. Lack of knowledge turns minor faults into tragedies. Systematic training is the only way to protect staff.

Therefore, a lecture was held on January 23, 2026. The speakers were experts from "OBZh" LLP:

●       Meiram Zhumabekovich — Director of the organization;

●       Ruslan Kulmagambetov — Lead Engineer.

Main topics of the meeting:

●       Anti-terrorism protection. Meiram Zhumabekovich explained the emergency action algorithm. The speaker described how to identify suspicious situations. He explained the rules for cooperating with the police.

●       Fire safety and labor protection. Engineer Ruslan Kulmagambetov demonstrated how to use extinguishers. He explained fire safety standards in detail. The speaker outlined measures to prevent workplace injuries.
