On February 14, 2025, as part of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (helping to eliminate the consequences of the environmental disaster in Kazakhstan and protecting public health), second-year students majoring in Recreational Geography and Tourism at the School of Natural Sciences, together with their group curator, Nūrqȳğan Srazhadenqyzy Auezova, visited the "Qamqor" nursing home and met with its residents.
This special meeting at the nursing home became a day filled with warm emotions and memories. The students shared tea with the elderly, reminisced about their youth, engaged in conversations, and exchanged thoughts. Additionally, they performed songs about "Mother" and "Father," showcasing their artistic talents.
Seeing the elderly express their gratitude and appreciation brought great joy to the students.
