From December 15 to 30, the Design Department of the Higher School of Arts and Humanities held an examination session for the academic programs “Graphic Design,” “Fashion Design,” “Architectural Design,” “Web Design,” and “Design (TVET).”
During the session, students demonstrated the knowledge, practical skills, and creative competencies acquired throughout the semester. Special emphasis was placed on students’ creative and project-based works.
Assessment was conducted according to specially developed criteria, including:
-
proficiency in fundamental artistic and design techniques;
-
originality of ideas and conceptual integrity of the projects;
-
quality of execution and attention to detail;
-
level of independence in project implementation;
-
ability to clearly present and defend their work.
The examination session served not only as an assessment of academic achievement but also as a practical platform for developing design thinking, visual communication, and public presentation skills. Through project reviews and presentations, students received constructive feedback from faculty members and peers, allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of both the final outcomes and the creative process.
