The GeoFest 2025 Astana
educational festival, aimed at career guidance and personal development for
10th and 11th-grade students, took place in the capital. The event was
organized to support students in their career choices, showcase higher
education opportunities, and strengthen the connection between universities and
school graduates.
At the festival venue, Astana
International University (AIU) presented its capabilities among the country's
leading universities. University representatives provided students with
detailed information about its modern educational programs, international partnerships,
research potential, and available grant opportunities. AIU representatives from
the Higher School of Economics, the Pedagogical Institute, and the Higher
School of Natural Sciences participated in the event. Temirbek Musliuly
Usenbayev, PhD in Economics and Associate Professor, spoke on behalf of the
university, presenting the advantages and prospects of AIU.
The master classes and
motivational meetings presented increased the youth's interest in new
knowledge. Participants learned about preparing for the Unified National Test
(UNT), personal development, and choosing the right future profession they
received answers to their pressing questions.
One of the festival's highlights
was the active participation of Kazakhstan's creative youth, which generated
great interest among the participants.
