During an international scientific internship, Bolat Baltabayev, a second-year doctoral student in Management (code of EP 8D04104), visited Tomsk State University. In the process of choosing an educational institution, the doctoral student paid special attention to the presence of a developed infrastructure, the rich history of the university and the high level of the teaching staff. TSU, being recognized in a variety of Russian and international educational ratings, turned out to be an ideal choice. Baltabayev Bolat noted the coordinated and effective work of the entire university staff, its scale, as well as the activity and energy of students. During the internship, in addition to participating in scientific research, the doctoral student actively participated in the organization and holding of the All-Russian Student Olympiad on Management and Entrepreneurship with international participation, acting as an expert, and also conducted lectures and practical classes with students.
Internships abroad provide a unique opportunity to work with outstanding world-class scientists, gain significant experience and support from foreign scientific mentors. This experience contributes to the development of the necessary knowledge for further writing a dissertation and provides a new perspective on the research process.
