During the period from December 4 to December 6, 2023 in Moscow, Professor of the Higher School of Economics Smagulova Z.K. took part as an expert in the discussion «Modernization of Eurasia: how new international transit projects are changing the balance of power in the region».
Within the framework of the dialogue platform, the North-South Corridor project connecting Europe with the countries of the Persian Gulf, Turkey’s participation in logistics projects, the need to work together to integrate the Caspian region, the role of Kazakhstan in transport and logistics flows, the «One Belt, One Road», on increasing the volume of transit through the country.
