On March 31, 2023, students of the "Zheti Zhargy" team of the Higher School of Law of Astana International University under the guidance of senior lecturer Seilkhanov Zhanat Duisenbaevich participated in the republican competition "Seyitov izbasary", organized by the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies together with the Kazakhstan Association of Prosecutors. The event is timed to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the state and public figure Prosecutor of the Kazakh SSR Utegen Seitov.
The competition was attended by teams of students and students of higher educational institutions of the country — L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University, Astana International University, E.A. Buketov Karaganda University, Turan-Astana University, K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University and the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office.
According to the results of the competition, the third place was taken by the Zheti Zhargy team of Astana International University. University teams were also awarded consolation prizes and diplomas. Letters of thanks were also presented to the scientific supervisors of the national teams of participating universities.
