A conference dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Professor K.M. Kertayeva was held at AIU

Lecturers from the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at Astana International University organized and hosted the international scientific and practical conference titled «Deontology in the Context of Modern Educational Trends: Challenges and Perspectives» dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Kaliyabanu Makhmetovna Kertayeva – Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, and founder of the scientific school of deontology in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The conference brought together leading domestic and foreign scholars and specialists in the field of pedagogy and education. Representatives from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Azerbaijan participated in the plenary session.

Scientific reports were presented by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor E. O. Zhumataeva; Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor K. Zh. Aganina; Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor M. B. Urazova; Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor G. T. Karabalaeva; Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Acting Associate Professor M. K. Kursabaev; Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematics, Associate Professor T. B. Mamedova; and Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor B. D. Kairbekova.

One of the highlights of the conference was the heartfelt congratulations addressed to Kaliyabanu Makhmetovna Kertayeva by her colleagues and students. Warm wishes and gratitude were expressed by representatives of public organizations and leading Kazakhstani higher education institutions: A. M. Makenova; Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor S. K. Abildina; Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor B. Kh. Galieva; and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor D. D. Esimova.

The conference served as an important professional and scientific dialogue platform, providing an opportunity to discuss issues of pedagogical deontology, professional ethics, and the moral responsibility of the modern educator.

The event highlighted the significance of Kaliyabanu Makhmetovna Kertayeva's scientific heritage and her long-standing contribution to the development of pedagogical science and deontological culture in Kazakhstan.
