MASTER CLASS "TRENDS AND BEST PRACTICES IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT" BY DOCTOR OF ECONOMIC SCIENCES, PROFESSOR I.V. KRAKOVETSKAYA OF TOMSK STATE UNIVERSITY









On April 24, 2026, within the framework of the international conference "AIU –
2026: Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation – Vector of Youth Science
Development," a master class was held by Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Inna
Valentinovna Krakovetskaya of Tomsk State University.
As an invited expert, Inna Valentinovna presented the topic "Trends and Best
Practices in Human Resource Management." The master class examined key changes
occurring in the field of personnel management under the influence of digital transformation
and artificial intelligence. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of advanced
practices in recruitment, talent development, and performance management using modern
technologies. Issues of adapting HR strategies to new labor market conditions and forming a
corporate culture that promotes innovation and sustainable development were also discussed.
The topic aroused keen interest among the audience, consisting of faculty, doctoral students,
and master's students. After the presentation, modern approaches in HR management were
actively discussed, participants asked many questions, which led to a lively discussion.
