AIU Graduate School of Law held an international scientific and practical conference together with partners

On February 24 this year, an international scientific and practical conference was held on the topic: "MODERN PROBLEMS AND TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF JURISPRUDENCE AND ISSUES OF LAW ENFORCEMENT PRACTICE". The organizers of this conference were: Aktobe Law Institute named after M. Bukenbaev, Graduate School of Law of the International University "Astana", Legal Scientific and Practical Journal "World of Law", Bar Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan (TsSPKA Aktobe), St. Petersburg Law Academy, as well as Baishev University. The faculty of the Higher School of Law of Astana International University took an active part in organizing and holding this conference. Professor of the Higher School of Law Doctor of Law, Professor Alenov Marat Amradinovich was the moderator of Section No. 2 “State and legal development of the country. The current state of civil law and related rights.
