Training on exam stress prevention for first-year students

1 / 3
As part of the University's Psychological Service's work plan, preventive measures are being taken among first-year students during the mid-October interim control period. This stage is often accompanied by increased anxiety, emotional stress, and exam-related pressure. To provide psychological support to students and foster self-regulation skills, a series of stress management and emotional resilience training sessions will continue during this period.
